Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship within the US.
How often do you ship orders?
Orders ship out every Tuesday.
What carrier do you use to ship orders?
USPS is used to ship out all orders.
Are orders shipped with insurance?
Only orders that are shipped though USPS-Priority Mail include insurance. USPS priority shipping automatically includes $50 of insurance.
What do I do if my items arrive damaged?
All crystals are packaged with care and plenty of bubble wrap, but crystals are fragile and can sometimes arrive damaged. If your crystals arrived damage, and you chose priority shipping at checkout, you can file a claim with USPS. $50 of insurance is included with all priority shipping packages. It is up to USPS if a refund will be issued. ACG relinquishes all responsibility of packages once it is handed to USPS. Please refer to my shop policies for more information.
Can you accommodate custom bracelets and malas?

What can I do if I'm not seeing the crystal that I'm looking for?
